What this platform is

We are a notice board, and only a notice board. Users post apartments and describe what they are looking for; we put the two sides in touch. We do not let anything, broker anything, take any money, hold any deposit, or take part in any rental agreement. Every contract is concluded solely between users, and we are not a party to it in any way.

What you may post

Only genuine, available apartments that you are actually entitled to offer, with your own photos and accurate details. Specifically prohibited: invented or copied listings, other people's photos, offering an address for registration purposes without actual occupancy, and offers below our minimum letting period for the city in question.

How we moderate

We do not screen listings or messages automatically. Content stays up until someone reports it - see Notices below - or we notice a problem ourselves, and a person reviews it before we act. If we hide or remove something, we tell the poster why.

Statement of reasons and objection

If we remove, hide, demote content or suspend an account, you receive a specific statement of reasons setting out the grounds, the legal basis or the rule breached, and whether automated means were involved (DSA Art. 17). You may object by writing to our contact point; independently of that, you retain access to the courts and to out-of-court dispute settlement.

Notices

Anyone may notify us of content they consider illegal using our reporting form. No account is needed and we confirm receipt.

Liability

All content on this site - listings, descriptions, photos, prices, messages and anything else a user posts - comes from users, not from us. We do not pre-vet it, do not verify it, and do not take any responsibility for it, in any way and under any circumstances: not for its accuracy, not for an apartment's existence or availability, not for whether it may lawfully be sublet, and not for anything that happens between users who contact each other through this site. Every interaction, agreement and payment is exclusively between the users involved. Check everything yourself, and see "Staying safe" below before you pay anything.

Staying safe

  • Never send money - a deposit, first month's rent, or anything else - before you have seen the apartment in person or at least done a live video call inside it. A real host will not refuse this.
  • Be suspicious of a price that is far below similar listings, of a host who is conveniently "abroad" and cannot show the place, and of pressure to decide or pay immediately because "someone else is interested." These are the most common patterns in rental scams.
  • Pay only through a traceable method you would be able to dispute - never a wire transfer to an unfamiliar account, a gift card, or a crypto payment. If a host insists on one of these, treat it as a warning sign.
  • Share only what a normal booking needs. You never need to send an ID scan, a bank PIN, or a one-time verification code to anyone on this site.
  • If something feels off - reused photos, a story that keeps changing, refusal of a video call - trust that instinct and report the listing instead of proceeding.
