We are a notice board, not an agency. Nobody sits between you.
- 3
Agree between yourselves
No money passes through us. That is also why we can warn you plainly about deposit scams.

Common questions
Is it really free?
Yes. No commission, no fees, no premium tier. No money passes through the site at all.
Do I need an account?
No. You leave an email so people can reach you, and we send you a private management link. That link is your key - keep it.
How do people contact me?
Through a message form on your listing. You get an email with a private conversation link and reply from there.
Is my address shown?
No. Your listing shows the neighbourhood, never the exact address, and never your email.
How do I stay safe with deposits?
Never transfer a deposit before you have seen the flat or at least had a video call inside it. We repeat this warning at every step where money comes up.
Which cities are covered?
Any city in the world. A city page is born the moment somebody posts the first place or search in it.
The first post in your city is the one everybody sees.
